We gladly accept returns within 21 days from date of Invoice for a no hassle refund or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 21 days of Invoice date (no exceptions). Please contact us at sales@desheacreek.com before returning products for a refund. Refunds will not include shipping and will include a 5% restocking fee. We may choose to wave either or both of these fees under particular circumstances. Important: All returns must be in perfect new condition. We cannot issue a refund if the product shows any signs of wear or of being used. Returns will not be accepted without original receipt. This policy apples to all sales made including from our web site. When making a return: Please insure that the product is packed well and is secure. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. You must include all original receipts and paperwork and any other materials that came with the product. Returns not following this criteria will not be accepted for refund. We strongly suggest you use UPS or FedEx. If your package is lost, you cannot initiate a trace until 30 days after you shipped the package using the post office.
